Traffic is moving below the posted speeds on northbound Cedar Avenue from 138th Street up to Crosstown. That is taking about 15 minutes.
That's nothing compared to the delays of up to 30 minutes on southbound 35W and eastbound Hwy. 10 in Arden Hills and Mounds View. A crash that was blocking the left lane at County 96 is gone, but big delays remain.
Westbound 94 is bound up from Century Avenue to downtown St. Paul. A crash at Hudson Road is adding to the misery. Plan on 30 minutes from 694 over to Hwy. 280.
Northbound Hwy. 169 is clogged from Canterbury Road to Anderson Lakes Pkwy. It's 19 minutes to 494.
