It's been a good day for commuters with very few delays and accidents.

We do have a stalled vehicle blocking a lane on northbound Hwy. 52 at Concord Street.

The other incident is on eastbound Hwy. 62 at 28th Avenue. Look for activity on the right shoulder. A vehicle left the road and crashed into a fence.

That is creating a gwaker slowdown on the westbound side in the immediate area.

On northbound Cedar Avenue. a new crash is blocking the left shoulder just north of the Minnesota River bridge.
