7:30 a.m. update: Current travel times

Our two hot spots at this hour are on northbound Hwy. 169 at 63rd Avenue where a vehicle collided with a dump truck and careened into the right ditch. The right lane is closed and emergency vehicles are on the scene. Southbound drivers are slowing to take a peek and that has things bogged down from I-94.

In Lakeville, travel times between Elko and the Burnsville Split are holding around 30 minutes due to the single lane road construction.
