7:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

Delays abound for commuters on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue in Blaine into downtown Minneapolis. The tightest conditions are north of 694.

The usual slow down on westbound 94 from McKnight Road to 35E are in place through St. Paul.

In the south metro, northbound 35W has spurts of free flowing traffic followed by pockets of nose to nose conditions

For a nice change, northbound 169 is flowing fast from Canterbury Road up to 494.

Northstar trains are single tracking between Elk River and Ramsey. That's led to delays all morning. The fifth trip will depart Big Lake 10 minutes late.

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 to Crosstown: 13 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to Crosstown: 13 minutes To downtown Minneapolis: 21 minutes.

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes

Northbound 169 from Canterbury Road to 494: 8 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 9 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 7 minutes
