7:30 a.m. update: Current drive times

A truck with a broken axle has just been removed from northbound Hwy. 169 on the Bloomington Ferry Bridge, but now we have a fender bender in the backup near County Road 18. That's got traffic at a standstill from Canterbury Road to Old Shakopee Road.

Westbound Hwy. 241 is still closed at the I-94 interchange. The State Patrol is on the scene of a serious injury crash. Air Care was on the scene a few minutes ago. The best advice for drivers is to take Territorial Road to bypass the closure.

Southbound Snelling at County B has all lanes open. A car vs. pedestrian crash has cleared.

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 13 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to downtown Minneapolis: 20 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 12 minutes
