Police are looking for a transport truck involved in a hit-and-run crash on westbound Hwy. 36 at Dale Street. It was last seen near Cleveland Avenue.

Southbound 35W continues struggle from Lexington Avenue down to 694. An earlier medical emergency at County 96 led to a big bottleneck.

A car fire is out and all vehicles and emergency crews have left the scene on southbound 35E at Larpenteur Avenue. All lanes are open and traffic has thinned out, making the trip from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul managable.
