Drivers on northbound Cedar Avenue have plenty of company from County Road 38 up to the Minnesota River Bridge. A touch of fog in the area is adding to the slow down.
In the northwest metro, a vehicle landed in the center median on eastbound 94 just prior to the Fish Lake Interchange in Maple Grove.
