7:30 a.m. update: Crammed on 94 in Minneapolis; busy on 169

Commuters on northbound Hwy. 169 are riding the brakes from Bren Road up to 394. A previous spinout near Hwy. 7 has cleared, but traffic remains tight.

Commuters on northbound Hwy. 169 are riding the brakes from Bren Road up to 394. A previous spinout near Hwy. 7 has cleared, but traffic remains tight.

Westbound 94 drivers are stuck in traffic from near Hwy. 280 over to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. An earlier stall is to blame.

A motorist spunout is is blocking the ramp from northbound Boone Avenue to westbound 94 in Brooklyn Park.

Eastbound 494 continue to trudge along. It's packed from Hwy. 212 over to 35W. Westbound 494 sputters from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
