The two snags that were causing minor delays have been cleared from the roads.
Those include the stall that had been blocking eastbound 94 inside the Lowry Hill Tunnel. You will still find slowdowns starting at 7th Street.
And the disabled vehilce that was blocking the left shoulder on westbound 94 at Snelling has been removed. Traffic is moving near the posted speeds between the downtowns.
