It's the height of the rush hour and we expect congestion on the highways and freeways, and we have some of that.

You'll find the heaviest traffic on southbound 35E from 694 to University Avenue in St. Paul. It's slow going on westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul. Things are tight on 35E north from Hwy. 110 to Victoria St.

In the north metro, there are minor slowdowns on southbound Hwy. 169 from 77th Avenue to 394, and southbound 35W from County Road 10 to Hwy. 280.

The crash on westbound 694 at Rice Street is still in place.

In the south metro, look for building traffic on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 101 to 494.

It's busy, but nothing out of the ordinary, on 494 between Cedar Avenue and 35W.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
