7:25 a.m. update: Stop and go on I-94 through the Midway

A wreck on westbound I-94 at Prior Avenue has traffic backed up all the way to I-35E. It is stop and go all the way. The trip into downtown St. Paul from the East Side is not much better. Plan on 15 minutes from 694 into Capitol city.
