7:25 a.m. update: Stall on 169 cramming traffic

Shortly after a spinout that caused traffic delays on northbound Hwy. 169 at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. was cleared, another motorist stalled out in the same spot.

Shortly after a spinout that caused traffic delays on northbound Hwy. 169 at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. was cleared, another motorist stalled out in the same spot.

A MnDOT First truck is now blocking the left lane. That has traffic jammed back to the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Plan on 20 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.
