A wreck blocking the left shoulder has traffic on northbound Hwy. 169 at a near standstill in Shakopee. The activity is at Hwy. 101 with the log jam back to County 18.

Ahead, it's about 10 minutes to 494 once you cross the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.
