Accidents on westbound 94 at Jackson Street and northbound 35E on the Cayuga Bridge have cleared. We are still waiting for traffic on westbound 94 to shake loose. Things are still stacked up from White Bear Avenue. Plan on 15 minutes from 694 to downtown St. Paul.
Look out for a broken water main on East River Road near 94. Utility crews and police are heading to the scene.
On 694, look for traffic to bunch up on either side of the Mississippi River bridge in Brooklyn Center and Fridley. That's adding a couple minutes to the drive.
