Road work taking out the right lane near Plymouth Road has traffic unusually tight and slow approaching the scene. Eastbound also is losing steam from I-494 to Hwy. 100. A combination of heavy traffic and the golden orb might be to blame.

Road work taking out the right lane near Plymouth Road has traffic unusually tight and slow approaching the scene. Eastbound also is losing steam from I-494 to Hwy. 100. A combination of heavy traffic and the golden orb might be to blame.

Elsewhere look for a new crash reported on Hwy. 252 at 81st Avenue in Brooklyn Park.

Meanwhile, with Warner Road closed in St. Paul, northbound Hwy. 61 is jammed packed from Highwood Drive up to I-94.
