With snow, accidents and spinouts can pop up at an instant. That is the case on southbound 35W. Look for spinout on the right shoulder at Johnson Street in northeast Minneapolis. The delay is minimal due to moderate levels of traffic.

The worst drive continues to be on southbound Hwy. 169 and southbound Hwy. 100 from I-94 down to the Crosstown. Both routes are 31 minutes due to heavy traffic.

Southbound 494 has improved a bit, but it is still 17 minutes from the Fish Lake Interchange down to 394.

Roads are slippery, even in downtown Minneapolis. A vehicle slid off the road on westbound 94 at Park Avenue and slammed into a guard rail.
