A box truck stalled in the center median on Cedar Avenue at Old Shakopee Road has northbound traffic slowing from 127th Street past the scene. Plan on 10 to 12 minutes there.
Westbound 94 is heavy from McKnight Road over to 35E making for a 12 minute commute.
The usual congestion has formed on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694 and on southbound 94 from 7th Street through the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
You also will find it slow going on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to University Avenue in St. Paul and on southbound 494 from the Fish Lake Interchange down to 394.
