7:25 a.m. update: Heavy on 169 in Brooklyn Park

I'm not seeing any crashes or stalls on southbound Hwy. 169 in Brooklyn Park, but things are crawling along from north of County Road 81 down to 63rd Avenue.

Look for sluggish conditions on 694 in both directions between Humboldt Avenue and University Avenue. That's the big work zone we've been talking about for the past few weeks. Note: Work will expand east to Central Avenue this week.

The squeeze is on for commuters on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to 694. That is 12 to 14 minutes at present.

In the south metro, it's a slow roll along westbound 494 from 12th Avenue over to France Avenue. Eastbound has pockets of congestion from E. Bush Lake Road to 35W.

On I-94, no problems between the downtowns in either direction. Plan on 12 to 15 minutes for that trip.
