The initial reports are that a vehicle crossed the median and hit another vehicle head-on on northbound I-35 at County Road 50 in Lakeville. At least one lane and the ramp to County 50 is blocked.

This area has been plagued with wrecks this morning. Most have been on the southbound side between County 50 and Hwy. 19. Roads there are very icy.

In Oakdale, police are directing traffic around a stall blocking the intersection of Hwy. 36 and Century Avenue/Hwy. 120.

A reminder that deer are out. Crews just cleared one from Hwy. 96 at Manning Avenue in the Dellwood area.
