Drivers on northbound Cedar Avenue from 140th Street in Apple Valley up to 494 in Bloomington have plenty of company. Speeds are below the posted with wet roads and heavy traffic. Plan on 25 minutes along there.

In Eden Prairie, a vehicle went off eastbound Hwy. 212 at Prairie Center Drive and that has commuters slowing to take a look at the action. Look for a backup beginning at Hwy. 101. That has it at 15 to 19 minutes to reach the Crosstown.
