7:25 a.m. update: Current travel times

Plymouth Police are on the scene of a wreck at the intersection of Rockford Road and northbound I-494. Look for traffic on Rockford Road to jam up quickly.

Elsewhere, it's been a quite rush so far except in the work zones along Hwy. 10 in Anoka and Hwy. 169 across the Bloomington Ferry Bridge.

Look for congestion on northbound 35W from County 42 to the river and on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from 94 to Crosstown: 14 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 14 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 9 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 18 minutes
