7:25 a.m. update: Current drive times

Aside from southbound 35W in Arden Hills/Roseville, things are moving along swiftly on metro freeways and highways.

Two wrecks on 35W are adding to the usual congestion. It's 33 minutes from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280.

Other drive times:

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to the 494/694 split in Maple Grove: 16 minutes.

Southbound 494 from 694/494 split to Hwy. 7: 13 minutes.

694 in both directions between 494/694 split and 35W: 12 minutes.

Westbound 94 from McKnight Road to Marion Street: 7 minutes. It's another 12 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.

Westbound 694 from Pilot Knob Road to Hwy. 100: 12 minutes.

Northbound 35W from Burnsville Pkwy. to Crosstown: 10 minutes.

Westbound Crosstown from Hwy. 100 to 35W: 6 minutes. Add another 7 minutes to reach downtown Minneapolis.

Southbound 94 from Dowling Av. to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 4 minutes.

Southbound 169 from Bass Lake Road to Hwy. 7: 9 minutes.
