The slow down on westbound 94 just past Radio Drive and approaching 494 is due to motorists taking a look at a crash that has moved to the right shoulder.
Ahead, drivers will roll along until they reach Hwy. 61 where the jam begins and continues into downtown St. Paul. Still, it's a much better drive today than usual.
