Just as traffic on southbound 35E was recovering from an earlier stall, we have a fender bender blocking the right lane near Maryland Avenue. That will hamper the commute into downtown St. Paul with brake lights coming on near Hwy. 36.

Just as traffic on southbound 35E was recovering from an earlier stall, we have a fender bender blocking the right lane near Maryland Avenue. That will hamper the commute into downtown St. Paul with brake lights coming on near Hwy. 36.

In Bloomington and Burnsville, northbound 35W bogs down near Burnsville Pkwy. There is word of a crash on the right shoulder near 113th Street.
