With northbound 35W jammed due to a crash at Cliff Road, many drivers are heading over to Cedar Avenue to go north.

With northbound 35W jammed due to a crash at Cliff Road, many drivers are heading over to Cedar Avenue to go north.

That has traffic levels building quickly, and slowing down too. The worst is from McAndrews Road up to the Minnesota River.

In the northeast metro, look for a stall on the right shoulder of eastbound 694 on the overpass at 35E.

Both southbound 494 and Hwy. 169 are seeing heavy traffic from 94 down to 394. Plan on 15 minutes on both of those routes.
