A fresh fender bender blocking the left lane on westbound Hwy. 36 has quickly created a bottleneck that stretches back to Dale Street.

Meanwhile, a wreck in the left lane of southbound 35W has traffic crawling along from 11th Avenue in downtown Minneapolis.
