7:25 a.m. update: At a near stop on 94 in Minneapolis

The usual congestion on southbound 94 heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel is in place. What's complicating things is that semi trucks are having trouble getting up the incline south of Olson Hwy. before the junction with 394.

The usual congestion on southbound 94 heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel is in place. What's complicating things is that semi trucks are having trouble getting up the incline south of Olson Hwy. before the junction with 394.

Plan on several extra minutes passing through.

The same scene if playing out on ramps from westbound 94 to southbound 169 where a semi is stuck on the ramp. The ramp from westbound Crosstown to northbound Hwy. 100 also is blocked.

The ramp from southbound 100 to westbound 494 is closed due to "impassable conditions."
