We've also got a ramp jam from eastbound Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 169 in Anoka.

Southbound Hwy. 169 slows through Champlin past a crash at County Road 81. South of that, things loosen quite nicely.

Westbound 94 is crawling from White Bear Avenue into downtown St. Paul. No crashes or incidents, just lots of folks heading to work. It's 20 minutes from Manning Avenue to 35E.
