In Bloomington, a crash on eastbound 494 at Penn Avenue has cleared but traffic remains tight in the area from Hwy. 100 over to 35W. Westbound traffic slows near E. Bush Lake Road with a stall partially blocking the right lane.
Look for minor congestion on northbound Hwy. 169 from Anderson Lake Pkwy. to 494.
Traffic is moving fairly well on southbound 35W from County Road I and Hwy. 280.
