In Chanahssen, the railroad crossing arms are stuck in the down position at County Road 101 and Hwy. 5.

Two rollovers on bridges are snarling traffic. Commuters on southbound 169 are getting by only on the right shoulder of the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. Emergency crews are working a rollover crash taking out both lanes.

In Brooklyn Park, a rollover on eastbound Hwy. 610 at Hwy. 252 has two lanes blocked.
