On southbound Hwy. 169, the stall at I-394 had cleared, but in its wake there is heavy traffic coming down from Rockford Road. Plan on 15 to 18 minutes from I-94 to 394.
It's busy on southbound 35W from County Road I to 694, but it's better than usual. Westbound Hwy. 36 is not too bad either with 10 minutes from 35E to 35W.
