7:20 a.m. update: Semi blocking ramp on Hwy. 280

It's been a smooth commute this morning as traffic levels have remained light, we have had no snow and very few accidents or stalls.

However, we do have a broken down semitrailer truck blocking the ramp from Broadway Street to southbound Hwy. 280. Traffic is squeezing by.
