Westbound I-94 from White Bear Avenue to 7th Street in St. Paul.
Westbound 494 from 12th Avenue to Hwy. 100 in Bloomington.
Off and on slowdowns on eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Prairie Center Drive.
Northbound 35W from County Road 42 up to 98th Street.
Southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694.
Northbound 35W from 50th Street to Lake Street.
Northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 to Old Shakopee Road.
