7:20 a.m. update: Lanes back open on 35W in north metro

Both the left and center lanes of southbound 35W at County Road D have reopened, but expect gridlock conditions back County Road 96. Plan on 17 minutes from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280.

Both the left and center lanes of southbound 35W at County Road D have reopened, but expect gridlock conditions back County Road 96. Plan on 17 minutes from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280.

A new crash on westbound 94 at Hwy. 280 is slowing traffic heading into Minneapolis. We also have a crash blocking the left lane at Ruth Street in St. Paul.
