Drivers on northbound 35W probably would like to get off the freeway and use an alternate route. A crash at Hwy. 13 is blocking the left lane. Its 23 minutes from County 42 up to 494.

Southbound 35W commuters in the north metro should start seeing improvment now that a crash at County D has cleared. Things are still tight from Hwy. 88.

Westbound Hwy. 36 and westbound I-94 are heavy duty. Look for a 20-minute push from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul on 94. On Hwy. 36, it's 20 minutes from White Bear Avenue to 35W.
