The latest mishap on the system is a fender bender residing on the left shoulder of southbound I-35W at I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. The good news is that it is not having a big impact on traffic.
The crash on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13 and a odd incident in which a hood went through the windshield of a vehicle at 94th Street have cleared. The residual effect still has traffic moving at a turtle's pace in the immediate area, and making for a 27 minute trip from the Burnsville Split into downtown Minneapolis.
East metro drivers will find congestion on westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 over to 35E. It's 20 minutes from Manning Avenue in Woodbury to downtown St. Paul.
