7:20 a.m. update: Heavy on 169 and Hwy. 100

Over on southbound Hwy. 169, traffic is crawling from County Road 81 down to 394. That is at least 20 minutes.

Most of the attention this morning has been given to the car that went into a pond on the ramp from Hwy. 7 to northbound Hwy. 100. The good news there is that is sounds like all occupants have been rescued. More to come on that later.

Over on southbound Hwy. 169, traffic is crawling from County Road 81 down to 394. That is at least 20 minutes.

In Maple Plain, Hwy. 12 eastbound is shut down as the State Patrol deals with an injury crash.

In Minneapolis, traffic on eastbound 94 slows at Broadway due to a crash ahead at 7th Street on the right shoulder
