A Star Tribune truck is hung up on the guardrail on the downtown exits from northbound 35W. It's enough to create a gawker slow down and back up to Lake Street.

A Star Tribune truck is hung up on the guardrail on the downtown exits from northbound 35W. It's enough to create a gawker slow down and back up to Lake Street.

That means delays for I-94 too in the curve from the Lowry Tunnel over to Riverside Avenue and westbound from Hiawatha over to Park Avenue.
