A gwaker slow down is in place on eastbound 394 due to a crash between Wirth Pkwy. and Penn Avenue. It's still only 10 minutes from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis.
So far the Crosstown is looking pretty good with just some minor slow downs for eastbound drivers from Hwy. 169 over to Hwy. 100.
According to the scanner, a vehicle and a deer collided on Hwy. 12 at Old Crystal Bay Road in Orono. The deer are active, so beware.
The newest crash on the system is a three-vehicle wreck on the right shoulder of northbound Hwy. 52 at Plato Blvd. Since traffic in the area is light, commuters won't notice any delays there.
