7:20 a.m. update: Crash in the backup on 35W

Northbound 35W in Burnsville is becoming a problem. An accident at Cliff Road is causing a backup to Burnsville Pkwy. Now in the backup we have a fender bender at Burnsville Pkwy. That's got traffic locked up on the area. Plan on 15 minutes to reach the Crosstown.
