A crash that had been blocking lanes on University Avenue at 85th Avenue has been cleared.
Commuters heading south on Hwy. 169 from 109th Avenue in Champlin down to Rockford Road can plan on 13 minutes. A crash involving a semi on the northbound lanes at 63rd Avenue is leading to gawker delays.
One lane is blocked on northbound 35W at County Road 42 in Burnsville. A rollover is on the right side of the freeway. Ahead, look for pockets of stop and go traffic up to 98th Street.
