7:20 a.m. update: Crash blocks lane on 35W in Burnsville

Up until now, northbound 35W was moving without incident through Burnsville and into Bloomington. That abruptly ended with a crash at Burnsville Pkwy in the right lane. Traffic comes to a near standstill at Hwy. 13.
