The drive into downtown St. Paul on westbound 94 is hampered with a new crash on the left shoulder at Johnson Pkwy. The delays begin at White Bear Avenue. That making it 10 minutes from 694 to 35E.

In Minneapolis, traffic is beginning to slow due to a crash on the right shoulder between Penn Avenue and Dunwoody Blvd.

Westbound 694 is crowded from 35E to 35W. Give yourself 10 minutes there.
