Traffic volumes have been lighter than normal for a Tuesday. Perhaps many folks are getting an early start on the Thanksgiving holiday.

One place things are slow is on northbound I-35W in Burnsville. A crash near Cliff Road has traffic bunching up from Burnsville Pkwy. up to Black Dog Road. The set back is not more than a minute or two, and it's still less than 22 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
