A major traffic jam is in place on southbound Hwy. 169 at Plymouth Avenue. A driver of a truck broke an axle and is blocking the left lane. The backup begins back at Bass Lake Road. It's now 21 minutes from 94 down to 394.

Watch for a motorist changing a tire on westbound 94 north of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Westbound 94 is filling in from White Bear Avenue to 35E. Plan on 8 minutes there.

Southbound 35E is about 10 minutes from 694 down to 94.

You will experience a bit of slowing on northbound Hwy. 169 at the Bloomington Ferry bridge due to fog. That's only adding a couple extra minutes to the drive.

A stalled vehicle is off to the right on northbound 35W at 42nd Street. That's slowing traffic from the Crosstown past the scene.
