7:20 a.m. update: A tough grind on 35E

The right lane is still blocked on southbound 35E at County Road H2 where a vehicle landed in the right ditch during an earlier crash. A tow truck is loading up the vehicle now, but until it's out of the way, look for a big backup. Traffic knots up north of Tart Lake Road, so plan on a 10-minute delay.

We have few problems elsewhere, but we do have pockets of congestion. You'll need to hit the brakes on westbound 94 from Hwy. 61 over to Marion Street.

Speaking of Marion, the ramp from westbound 94 is closed due to an accident.

Look for things to slow on eastbound 94 from Weaver Lake Road to the Fish Lake Split and on southbound 494 down to Rockford Road.

Northbound Hwy. 169 has the ususal slow down on the Bloomington Ferry Bridge, but north of Anderson Lakes things get back close to normal. It's 12 minutes from Canterbury Road up to 494.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
