7:20 a.m. update: A royal mess on 94 in Minneapolis

Things are going from bad to worse on eastbound 94. A crash at Cedar Avenue has three lanes blocked. There also is a secondary wreck in the backup involving a semi.

Things are going from bad to worse on eastbound 94. A crash at Cedar Avenue has three lanes blocked. There also is a secondary wreck in the backup involving a semi.

Currently only the far left lane is open. Traffic stacks up at Olson Memorial Highway. Look for a jam to develop on eastbound 394 as traffic can't get onto I-94.
