7:20 a.m. update: 394 ramps in Minneapolis back open

The water has drained away and the State Patrol has opened the ramps from eastbound 394 to 6th and 4th Streets in downtown Minneapolis.

The water has drained away and the State Patrol has opened the ramps from eastbound 394 to 6th and 4th Streets in downtown Minneapolis.

A water main break coming from Target Center has flooded the ramp from eastbound 394 to 4th Street in downtown Minneapolis. Crews are in the process of shutting down the ramp. The 6th Street ramp is also closed.
