A stalled vehicle is blocking the exit ramp on southbound 494 at Bass Lake Road in Maple Grove.

In South St. Paul, a crash blocking the right shoulder on westbound 494 at Hardman Avenue is creating backups beginning at Hardman Avenue.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is heavier than ususal. Plan on a 15 minute drive from 694 to 394.
