A vehicle apparently blew a tire and spun out in the left lane of northbound 35E at County Road E in Vadnais Heights. A First Unit is on the scene.

Now the search is on for the driver who apparently ran away from the scene on foot.

A couple vehicles are on the right shoulder of eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd. That's also where road work is taking out the right lane. So far, no ill-effects from that.
